The SSYI is a state funded program that provides wraparound services to proven risk youth with a history of violent offenses. These services include, but are not limited to GED and pre GED support, workforce development, referrals to other service providers (as needed) and behavioral health. The program coordinator will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the program, organizing and coordinating services for approximately 60 youth, and working with the research and evaluation partner to track program data and to develop quarterly reports. The program coordinator will supervise all outreach and intervention services. The program coordinator will be responsible for monitoring program expenditures, and reporting weekly to a Steering Committee. This program is grant funded.

Minimum Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
. Minimum of 1 year of related supervision
. Minimum of 2 years working with proven risk youth, gang involved youth, or incarcerated youth
. Case management experience
. Bicultural preferred
. Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed
. Carry program phone 24/7
Must have excellent communication skills
